Sažetak
The test strategy is a plan and description of how software product will be tested. This paper describes and compares Classic and One track model of software development with a focus on SW testing. As case study it is taken project with development of new HW and SW part. Results and analysis of project planning for both Classic and One track models are given in section 5. Paper describes cost savings in software test strategy when One track method for running development project is used as good practice with results of efficient usage of time and resources.
