Sažetak
To uderstand the molecular events controlling embryogenesis, it is helpful to identify the expression patterns of genes and proteins playing key roles in the progress of developmental pathways. We analysed extracellular glycoprotein patterns in pumpkin embryogenic tissue lines to detect some developmentally spscific glycoproteins. The influnce of nitrogen salts, auxin an tunicamycin on embryo development was tested ond different media. All lines excreted the glycoproteins of 35 and 37.5 kDa. The 66.5 kDa glycoprotein was expressed in the DEC and HEC lines. Its disappearance after tunicamycin treatment didi not cause the loss of embryogenic potential. Glycoproteins of 47 and 78 kDa deteced in the DEC and HEC might be involved in embryo development to mature stages.
