Sažetak
In the past period in the developed countries there has been a growing trend in the number of teleworkers. Since these persons have no need to go to work in the physical sense, teleworking represents also a change in the way of living. The number of teleworkers who stay at home and do not participate in the traffic during those periods of the day in which the majority of people commute on the relation home – work – home, is the basic assumption for the study of the influence of teleworking on the mobility of traffic participants. A survey was used as a method to study two stakeholder groups: the students and the workers, with the test sample referring to the citizens of the City of Zagreb. By processing the collected data it was concluded that teleworking has influence on the traffic demand, thus becoming one of the strategies of the traffic participants mobility management.
