Sažetak
In Croatia, tourism is one of the most important industries. When we are talking about the tourism, significant roles have hotels, as well as the main accommodation facilities for tourists. In this paper Croatian five-star hotels websites were examined in a model of marketing and commercial activities. The resulting conclusions are that high-categorized hotels have very good websites, but there are always possibilities to improve it. Some recommendations are given at the end of this paper.
