Sažetak
The paper presents analytical analysis for the linear elastic-ideal plastic behaviour of thick-walled tubes under internal pressure. A plasticity theory is used to describe circular, radial and axial stresses in tube wall. Analysis was made for varying degrees of plasticization. According to von Mises yield criterion the pressure in the thick-walled tube was calculated depending on the degree of plasticization. Some of the analytical solutions are verified numerically. The numerical model is defined as a plane, and the material is defined as a linear elastic-ideal plastic.
