All of children were from urban areas, with similar socioeconomic family structure. The survey was conducted one year after the introducion of the healthy school diet. Target group: 86% can recognize the dietary risks of cancer, 78% is satisfied with the school diet, 54% of them stated their families have accepted their suggestions and changed dietary elements, 38% stated their families significantly reduced the intake of fast food, 69% have encouraged their family members who were over 50 years of age to eat significantly more fibres.
