Sažetak
The project management methods are an integral part of the organization of all processes in the production of any products, as well as in manufacturing textile product. Unfortunately, the methods used for phasing and monitoring of new products or product groups ; collections are not sufficiently present in our country in the clothing and textile industry in general. Monitor the course of production, knowledge of critical path and activities greatly assist in the organization of production, as well as in fulfilling the terms of deadlines. This paper presents several methods of network planning (critical path method - CPM and Precedence) on example from apparel industry. The same example was made with modern computer program MS Project.
