Sažetak
In this work enzymatic oxidation of phenol and L-DOPA using commercial laccase from Trametes versicolor were performed in continuously operated tubular microreactors. Effects of microchannel geometry and influence of different initial concetrations of substrates were also investigated. Mathematical models were developed and describes experimental data well.
