Sažetak
This exploratory research reveles that day to day marketing activities of airline companies on the Croatian market are clearly not different from standards and practices used on other, domestic and international markets. The Croatian market has its specifics, but required adjustments by airline operating on Croatian market, should not demand drastic divergence from a company's global marketing strategy. The study fulfilled stated purposes because it gathered information and increased the familiarity with the problem, clarified the concepts, and the research findings can be used for developing hypotheses for more precise investigation for future research.
