Sažetak
This research work mainly focuses on the analysis and development of strategic innovation throughout reorganization of several existing business-production models in the context of developing complex information and communication technology (ICT) structure with high standards. We analysed the results of the survey carried out and which present several production models where each can have an applicable function depending on the existing ICT level of each particular organization structure. As the existing structure developed, the relationships became more complex and the level of applied knowledge for its maintenance became higher. The last of the suggested models presents a self-learning structure, which maintenance requires current knowledge that is constantly subject to further upgrade and change. In that respect the likelihood of survival of structures based on informatics descriptions of production processes is the greatest as is the modification of existing capacities for developing new products based on market demands. The research paper consists from these parts: reorganization of existing business-production model ; basic production model ; model of integrating various information system applications ; analysis of the complex financial-production information model ; improving production capacity with production information feedback ; conclusion This research was a part of main Scientific research named “Analytical Model for Monitoring of New Education Technologies for Long life Learning“ conducted by Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia (Registered Number 227-2271694-1699).
