Sažetak
Highly competitive market is a great challenge for people designing salesforce training programmes. Companies are in constant search for innovative ways of supplying its salesforce with knowledge and soft skills. It is not easy to find optimal combination of training topics, training methods and training evaluation tools. In trainings they provide Croatian companies the most often put focus on knowledge about the products they sell, selling techniques and knowledge about the market and competition. Croatian SMEs consider the value of training seriously and provide training as often as big companies do. Croatian companies are generally familiar with sales training evaluation methods but have to discover their best combination yet.
