Sažetak
A tourism offer including only sun and sea without any additional contents, where the guests themselves have to be resourceful, does no longer exist. The pace of life today makes us want to escape from routine, everyday obligations. Thus guests find refuge in small places with a friendly atmosphere. Small family hotels offering excellent food and accommodation and paying great attention to each guest are becoming more popular. The retest advantage of such hotels lies in direct communication of host and guest. The guest feels friendship, trust, affection. Constant search of new values in order to enrich the guests' stay in a hotel and a tourist destination as well, contribute to increased tourism expenditure.
