Sažetak
The Croatia, as the state which is deeply involved in the process of European integration, has upgraded the freedom of establishment, as well as the right of establishment of an undertaking or a craft, through gradual process of harmonization of its legal order. The text provides analyses of the achieved improvements, as well as certain shortcomings in this area.
