Sažetak
Usage of information and communication technology (ICT) has become an integral part of higher education. Information literacy is included in the development of university curricula. The main goal of this comparative research conducted in six different countries was to estimate the level of student satisfaction with access to different sources of information literacy, such as computer technology and library resources. This research also demonstrates students’ desire to improve their oral and written communication skills. Respondents were students from three universities in Europe (in Austria, Albania and Croatia), two universities in Asia (in Japan and China) and one university in North America (in the USA). Results were interpreted in the context of cultural differences.
