Sažetak
A frequency-domain measurement method for wideband inter-floor propagation is presented. Data are collected over a frequency range of 1.6 to 2.0 GHz using the vector network analyzer (VNA) method, where the inverse Fourier transformation is employed to obtain the time-domain channel impulse responses. A special attention was paid to set up the measurement system dynamics in order to increase the signal-to-noise ratio for propagation over multiple floors. The measured power delay profiles exhibit a significant difference as the number of floors between the transmitting and receiving antenna increases. The path loss and channel impulse responses are presented. Observing the shape of profiles we discussed whether the statistical interpretation of inter-floor channels can be described with same model as the single floor channel.
