Sažetak
The main purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of more ethical customer demand on sustainable development. Companies often favour suppliers who demonstrate responsible policies, as this can have a positive impact on how they are perceived by customers. The companies today have grown dramatically while continuing to focus on social matters too. Actions that should be taken include making stronger customer awareness on Customer Social Responsibility (CSR) which could have a positive impact on future development of society in general.
