Sažetak
A waved return conductor determines the wavelength of the m=0 instability of the plasma column in an ablative capillary discharge and thus the number of active layers, in which population inversion of the n=3 level of CVI is obtained by charge exchange recombination. The lasing spike is compared with investigations where a capillary with a wave structure on the inner wall was employed.
