Sažetak
Domiciliary status was one of the most important public law institutes in Croatia-Slavonia in the second half of 19th and in the beginning of the 20th century. Its importance has risen primarily from the fact that it was the essential condition for the acquisition of croatian autonomous political rights. In our work we examine some aspects and development of that special croatian status.
