Sažetak
Seventeen patients with sefere atopic dermatitis were treated by photochemotheapy (PUVA, N=10) and phtotherapy (UVA and UVB, N=7). Results of two-month therapy were analyzed by PASI score. In group 1, the effect of photochemotherapy was very good in 5, good in 3 and without effect in 2 patients. In group 2, treated by UVA and UVB, therapeutic result was very good in 2, good in 3 and without effect in 2 patients. Control group included 20 patients with atopic dermatitis treated by topical therapy (corticosteroid ointment). Photochemotherapy was found to be the best choice in these patients.
