Sažetak
Unlike the former construction management education concepts oriented to the technical aspects of project management, we now witness ever-present and new concept in construction management education. There has never been so much research of educational concepts, their adequacy and development opportunities with an aim for improving the quality and adopting it to the needs declared by the construction industry. Educators need to assist students of construction management, in order for them to become creators of knowledge rather than simply knowledge recipients. Preparing students for the global market in construction management also implies focusing on the cross-cultural issuses in education. In this paper we shall open discussion on the following issue: What are trends in today’s construction management education and in what direction are we going?
