Sažetak
Efficacy of medicament, even the best one, depends on the simple first fact: is the patient taking it or not or is he/she is taking it according the proposed schedule. This will , on the other hand , depend on numerous factors starting from the attitude of patient toward the medication, on prejudices , rumors on this topic in the media, family , the vicinity of a patient and of course on the attitude of physician toward the particular medicament , the relation to the patient etc. If clinician succeeds to built “a good enough” relationship to the patient this could be an enhancing additional factor for the medicament. All those factors influence and built the phenomenon of compliance. We can consider compliance as the factor that undermine the evaluation of the medicament or as the factor that over bridge the gap between the psychological and somatic side of the healing process. Four speakers, clinicians with the various backgrounds (pharmacologist, psychiatrist and oncologist) will share their experience and try to rise the discussion on the everyday problems with the compliance from frustrative to useful part of the problem through own practice, attitude, thoughts and examples .
