Sažetak
Obviously, the greatest challenge to business at the end of the 20th century is the concept of electronic or e-business. Enforcing of the Internet application in a daily-based business practice offers a plenty of brave new opprotuinities, but, unfortunatelly, not so rarely shaded by some dilemmas or even serious problems. Specifically, changes can be attributed to the new way of time and space cognition. This phenomenon brings out a need for new methods of change management, with no predecessor in the history of management theory. The key to success can be summarized as the “two sentences paradox”.
