Sažetak
Parallel to the emergence of communication intensive information technologies and network infrastructures opportunities of the virtual production and business organization are created, based upon the new types of socio-technical communication structures.As fa as communication patterns within this structure are concerned, two major classes may be distinguished: internal and external communication patterns. The internal segment of the communication structure has to enable the members of the virtual organization to work independently and systematically, to communicate to each other asychronously, and to filter the information. On the other hand, this new communication structure, in its external aspect, reflects a new product development phylosophy and marketing strategy. They are both focused on the value as the key product and/or service attribute.
