Sažetak
Enterprise change management may be observed from three viewpoints: user, information technology, and process aspects. All three are similarly relevant, since all three issues find themselves in the very middle of enterprise change management processes and are strongly affected by them. The high-level process model presented in the paper demonstrates the basic building-blocks of the change management project: change identification, change assessment, change evaluation, project plan and schedule development, project execution, reporting, results analysis, and improvement.
