Sažetak
The electronic business practice shows that improvement of e-business outcome can be achieved in different ways and that companies apply different e-business strategies. In the paper several of these strategies are briefly described examined, since they appear to be the most promising ones. The strategies analyzed are: total solution provider, customer self-service, customer life cycle management, one-to-one customer interaction, demand-driven forecasting and replenishment, innovation and collaborative design, supplier and partner self-service, employee self-service, and community empowerment strategy.
