Sažetak
Corporations today embrace formal strategies and technologies for managing IT projects. Even small or secondary projects must be formally tracked as they tend to be part of larger operational plan, where activities are dependent upon the completed projects. In recent years, it has become the practice of Multi-dimensional IT Project Control and Governance (MITPCG) that has evolved as the standard project management methodology. By definition, companies are involved in MITPCG when having to manage many levels and facets of IT components in order to achieve desired goal. The paper discusses the evolution, methods and resulting problems that emanate from Multi-dimensional Project Control and Governance as well as a conclusive answer to those issues.
