Sažetak
The Internet is a powerful tool for providing product or service information to consumers. Effectiveness of Web site will determine further consumer actions. But is it Web site effective and how to measure effectiveness of Web site? The successful performance of a hotel Web site, in this research, was determined by a set of criteria for hotel Web site evaluation. These criteria were applied to Croatian hotel Web sites.
