Sažetak
Educational processes IT professionals and end users are exposed should converge. This will ensure full compatibility and complementarity of the knowledge and skills of both information system lifeware parties. This kind of process is called amalgamation of knowledge and skills specific to IT and application areas. In the process of their education, information systems end users should become sufficiently information literate to understand how IT solutions can help them make their work more comfortable and productive. In the Republic of Croatia some educational institutions have developed and implemented a four-tier model of information literacy enhancement.
