Sažetak
Crown-gall tumours were induced on horse-radish leaf explants by a wild-type of Agrobacterium tumefaciens B6S3. From the single crown-gall two tumour lines were establishedd: one was unorganised and the other was teratoma, capble of shoot formation. Polymerase chain reaction confirmed that the unorganised tissue and shoots were transformed. Both tumour lines showed specific isozyme patterns of peroxidase and acetylesterase. Isozymes in teratoma shoots were different compared to the untrsformed leaf, gut similar for the majority of bands to the tumour tissue. SDS-PAGE showed two polypeptides of about 67- and 43-kDa specific for teh tumour line that produced shoots.
