Sažetak
In this paper the author analyses the current model of freelance artists in Croatia. After giving an outline of the model of freelance artists in Croatia, the author presents the relevant data that gives further deciphering of this model. After reviewing the situation, the current obstacles for the freelance artists are presented. Furthermore, an overview of the issues of policy transfer related to integration to European Union is given. The author concludes with different policy recommendations that would benefit the current model of freelance artists.
