Sažetak
Educational integration is integral part of educational system for children with special needs. Kindergartens and elementary schools presents the beginning of inclusion of children with special needs into their enviroment. The recognition of civil and human rights of children with special needs implicates holistic approach on wich are based ideas of early intervention and inclusion. In this paper will be, beside review of institutional pre-school education and primary education of children with special needs in Republic of Croatia, demonstrated attitudes of students attending Faculty of Teacher Education towards children with special needs.
