Sažetak
The poster looks into structural and organizational changes in Southern Europe higher education as related to the process of adaptation to recommendations of Bologna Declaration (1999) from the point of view of new professional competencies in the LAM sector (Libraries, Archives and Museums). Authors discuss experiences and dilemmas regarding the development of and innovations in new joint graduate program. The collaboration among libraries and archives has always been strong in Southern Europe. However the digital environment demands different knowledge, skills and behaviour of professionals in cultural institution who are less technology oriented and more focused on users. Also, Bologna process stimulates LIS schools in Europe to harmonize their curricula and stimulates discussions about a core courses of these professionals. The aim of the poster is to present results of an analysis of the potentials in joint program designed and offered to students who plan to deepen their knowledge and skills in regard to the heritage documents, collections and services organized in a digital environment. Methodology used is curriculum analysis and interviews with students and staff in heritage institutions who worked with students on their special digitization projects.
