Sažetak
The global economic crisis and struggle for the preservation of jobs re-establish anquiries about the implementation of the European Employment Strategy (EES) and the Open Method of Coordination (OMC) in the European area. Although both have been lately intesively researched and discussed, the EES concept intrigues by its distance from the "orthodox conception of labour law", and ethos wich rests upon a combination of promoting measures of active labour market and deregulation processes.
