Sažetak
Our data confirm the presence of CYP51 and P450 reductase within round and elongated spermatids of the mouse. The presence of CYP 51 and P450 reductase in the apical ppart of Sertoli cells supports the idea on the regulatory function of thesee enzymes and FF-MAS during spermatogenesis.
