Sažetak
In this paper an optimal distribution algorithm for load-frequency control is proposed. The algorithm is suitable for power systems where all power plants engaged in load-frequency control are of hydro type. The algorithm is tested on power system model which consists of four control ares, where one area is having multiple power plants engaged in load frequency control. The proposed distribution algorithm is independent of the load- frequency control algorithm. Simulation results shows very good behavior with two different controllers: common PI controller and advanced sliding mode controller.
