Sažetak
The paper sets forth a review of the current Croatian private international law focusing on the issues of the law applicable to obligations. The author analyzes the merits and the deficiencies of the Croatian rules on the law applicable to the contracts and pleads for the change of the current law with the view of adopting the standards of the private international law of contracts in the European Union.
