Sažetak
The authors report on the current status of the Croatian arbitration law examining the treaty and statutory law as well as the rules of the arbitral institutions and the arbitration caselaw. The report contains an examination of the focal points of the Croatian arbitration law such as the arbitration agreement, arbitrability, arbitral tribunals, arbitral proceedings, judicial control and judicial support to arbitration.
