Sažetak
This study aims to provide an insight into the behavioral patterns of how Croatian managers behave as information users. Better understanding of the manager's information seeking behavior, needs and perceptions would allow Croatian managers to be better decision-makers and lead their firms to success. Objectives of the paper are directed at five areas: determine most desirable characteristics of information for managers in Croatia, determine most important factors in decision making for Croatian managers, determine if hierarchy of decisions is influenced with conditions for decision making, determine most important sources of data and information for Croatian decision makers and determine level of satisfaction with existing information systems in Croatian firms.
