Sažetak
Based on the availability/unavailability data of student’s accommodation in dormitories and their perceptions about the need for building new accommodation capacity the authors want to emphasize the existence of the student accommodation problems in Croatia. Besides that they would like to emphasize possibility improvements of student accommodation with the use of Public-Private Partnership. The students’ perceptions about the need for building a new accommodation and about the possible impact on improving student standard are based on the questionnaire. The questionnaire was conducted at Polytechnic that currently has not available the accommodation students capacity.
