Sažetak
The aim of this prospective, randomized study was to compare the outcome ( analgesia, sedation and respiratory function) of thoracoscopic operations of pectus excavatum in children using two types of postoperative analgesia -continious infusion of fentanyl plus bupivacaine 0, 125% epidurally or fentanyl by patient -controlled analgesia intravenously.
