Sažetak
Scientific-action project Communities that Care was implemented in two phases from 2002 until 2010. Project has included implementation of CTC model. During powerpoint presentation challenges were presented: standardization of the instruments, institutionalization of a model and its dissemination to other communities, support of the development of evidence based programs, lists and descriptions of evidence-based programs in Istria, advocating for evaluation studies in Istria and other communities and organization of Coalition for prevention on national level.
