Sažetak
Food is important for life. But the foods we eat should be safe and rich in all the nutrients our body needs. A great challenge in food safety issues are the different points of view between scientific community and the public. This is caused by the selective perception and assessment of risk by different people. A number of new and advanced methods has been and will be developed to investigate the presence of different contaminants in food.
