Sažetak
Pathomorphological changes of bronchial arteries in pulmonary patients. The research included 53 patients divided in txo groups: 29 patients with chronical obstructive lung disease (COLD) and 24 with bronchopulmonary diseases. The result showed that the patolmorphological changes of bronchial arteries of obstructive tipe were found primarily in patients with COLD. Such changes are considered to hinder normal flow of arterial blood and to cause hypoperfusion and hypoxy of the bronchi, wich may significantly contribute to the occurrence of bronchoobstrucion in COLD patients.
