Sažetak
This paper examines the entrepreneurial attitudes of university students based on a survey data collected at universities in Croatia and Austria. The main objective is to observe the level of entrepreneurial drive with respect to their gender and family conditions and compare the data with respect to demographic variables. Entrepreneurial desirability and perceived feasibility shape entrepreneurial drive. Furthermore, the two country comparison is important because of the informal institutional environment that shapes attitudes towards the entrepreneurship which helps in stimulating the public policy towards new ventures creation.
