Sažetak
Ab-plane dc resistivity have been measured in Ba(Co0.08Fe0.92)2As2 and Ba(Ni0.05Fe0.95)2As2 single crystals in a temperature range 4 - 600 K. In the normal state, the resistivtiy displays a power law (ρ(T)~T^n) dependence, with the exponent for n = 1.25 for Ba(Co0.08Fe0.92)2As2 and n=1.56 for Ba(Ni0.05Fe0.95)2As2. Such behavior is usually attributed to the underlying Quantum Critical Point (QCP). However, the analysis of the optical conductivity of several 122-pnictide compounds including the above ones, reveales two electronic subsystems (chanels), one of which is temperature independent. Upon determing the contribution of the two channels in dc resistivtiy, we find that the temperature- dependent channel exhibits a Fermi-liquid-like T^2 behavior The latter extends to unprecedented 380 K and 280 K in Co-doped and Ni-doped samples, respectively, and is followed by the saturation in resistivity at elevated temperatures. Both, the scattering rate in the Drude contribution to the optical conductivity, and the excellent agreement with Kadowaki-Woods relation independently confirm the Fermi-liquid-like behaviour and oppose the QCP scenario.
