Sažetak
This paper explores the role and behavior of the manager in compound technological processes of the textile and clothing production. Elements of motivation contributing to manufacturing workers' efforts should be emphasized, too. Communications processes, interaction and synergy connections are analyzed. Furthermore, the criteria contributing to the creation of goals and the process rationalization are described. The methodology of improving the textile and clothing manufacturing process is the main part of the paper. A contribution to the control of the manufacturing process is made. Moreover, the relevance and methodology of the professional training of workers and the performance of direct tasks in the manufacturing process of the textile and clothing production are considered. In concluding, the paper describes technical and technological fundamentals of the industrial production in the group of textile, technical textile and garment manufacturing.
