Sažetak
The article outlines the case study of a young girl who developed thyroid tumor after treatment for neuroblastoma. Is suggested that the radiation therapy for neurablastoma might have caused the secondary papillary carcinoma after 5 to 7 years, as it was similarly observed after the treatment of Hodgkin's lymphoma, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and lymphosytic leukemia. Her case was diagnosed as follicular variant of papillary carcinoma.
