Sažetak
This paper briefly represents the methods that have been developed to assist company’s portfolio analysis. Core of this review is presented with two most important business portfolio matrices - ADL and DPM. Large companies are often agglomeration of complex organization of strategic business units with various production and marketing programs. The aim of this article is to point out the positive synergy of portfolio analysis on a company market growth, competition and future business planning.
