Sažetak
This study presents a general approach to anisotropic material behaviour and key parameters of a deep drawn part. Experimental model include a high number of parameters that are needed in order to improve the accuracy of final product and sheet metal anisotropy behaviour. Mathematical model, of deep drawing for inner tolerances, was done and tooling was simulated with Solidworks software. After that tooling was constructed and comparison of mathematical and experimental model of final product was done. The specimen of material X5CrNiMo 17-12-2 was meshed and monitored during the manufacturing process in order to analyse the material anisotropic behaviour. Performed researches show that five factors are influential on process uncertainties.
