Sažetak
We will present a woman aged 48 years, unemployed, married, mother of one son. She is involved in psychiatric treatment over the past few years, for depressive symptoms. She was treated in hospital for three times, after which she was involved in the day hospital program. Depressive symptoms are being derived and intensified by the structure of personality. The patient lives with her husband and her son. She alleges that her husband suffers from unregulated diabetes and that is the reason why he occasionally "does not know what he does”. Son has been treated for psychotic disorders with periodic alcohol abuse. This family situation adulterates her illness. During 2007 the patient was treated in neurology for dyskinesia. After the neurological processing, psychogenic etiology has been determined. A year later was diagnosed with epilepsy. She reluctantly speaks about epilepsy, selectively taking antiepileptics drugs, "does not attach importance" to this disease. The aim of this paper was to point out the importance of a multidisciplinary treatment of patients.
